LATICS fans made their feelings towards the Lemsagam regime known with a pitch invasion after yesterday's 2-1 defeat at home to Colchester United.
A section of supporters poured onto the pitch at the final whistle, and ran towards the directors' box chanting "We want Abdallah out", with Oldham fans around the ground joining in with the chants.
Concerns are growing among supporters about the future of the club, with Latics sitting rock bottom of League Two having failed to pick up a point from their opening four games.
And they blame the stewardship of owner Abdallah Lemsagam and his sporting director brother, Mo, for their current plight and downward spiral since the Moroccan businessman took over in January 2018.
Protests have previously been held outside of the ground.
And while a portion of fans have opted to boycott Boundary Park and all of its revenue streams to hit the hierarchy financially to try to influence a change of ownership, a number who were at the game on Saturday vented their frustrations in a visual demonstration.
Like Latics, Colchester went into the game waiting for their first win of the season, although had picked up points from draws against Carlisle and Mansfield.
The U's have been in terrible form on the road, but two goals inside 12 minutes set them on their way to a first away win since December last year.
Dylan Bahamboula pulled a goal back in the second half thanks to terrific work by youngster Harry Vaughan in the build-up. But they couldn't prevent a fourth straight league defeat in 2021/22, and seventh on the spin stretching back to last season.
Head coach Keith Curle, who was back on the touchline following his period of isolation after testing positive for coronavirus, said: "I understand everybody's frustration but that's what I'm here to deal with.
"They shouldn't be on there and it will be something that the safety officers will address because of the headlines that it makes.
"I've seen it (the pitch invasion) and I fully understand the frustration, but what do you do?
"You work hard. We know we're down to the bare bones, but we're still fighting."
