Latics will host Accrington Stanley in the second round of the Carabao Cup
OLDHAM Athletic will host Accrington Stanley in the second round of the Carabao Cup.
A home tie against the League One side is reward for overcoming Tranmere Rovers last night in a dramatic penalty shootout.
Latics were first out of the hat, with the draw following tonight's remaining first round ties.
The second round clash will be played at Boundary Park in the week commencing 23 August.
It will be the first time the two sides have met in the League Cup, having gone head to head in other cup competitions as well as the league over the years.
