Jacob said he is "proud to say" he won gold and his teammates collectively brought home five golds, four silvers and one bronze medal.
The youngster issued his thanks to businesses that donated gifts and money to raise funds for their travels to Cyprus, which also saw Jacob complete a sponsored walk up Mount Snowdon and hold various fundraising initiatives such as raffles and quiz nights.
He added: "Massive thank you to all my friends and family that support me and my coach, Bradley Tunnacliffe at my club for training me and giving me this amazing opportunity."
The teen trains at Max Force Muay Thai in Lees, which is run by married couple, Bradley and Shaunna Pratt Tunnacliffe.
Bradley said Jacob was "clinical the ring" and scored a first-round corner stoppage in 41 seconds, which won him the gold in the intense heats.
The coach added: "Jacob was the second of our fighters to claim gold in this championship.
"Leading up to this, he was training six days a week and was eating well on a strict diet.
"In class, he was excelling and improving all the time and you can really see the difference in him.
"Me and Shauna are so proud of Jacob and we know he will go on to do great things in life."
