Latics goalkeeper Magnus Norman has agreed a new contract which runs until the summer of 2025.
As reported in this week's Oldham Times, Norman was the latest player to be offered fresh terms.
The 6ft 4in shot stopper arrived at Boundary Park over the summer following a spell at Carlisle United.
Norman has been an ever-present figure for Latics in the National Legaue this season, making some important saves.
The 26-year-old is relishing the chance to play regular football and believes he has made progress over the past few months.
“We’ve now got a consistent team and a regular back four and I feel like I’m growing in confidence,” he told the club’s website.
“I’m pleased to have been playing regularly and the fact I’m playing consistently has really helped.
“I feel very at home here now and after recent results I feel like we can only push on and improve.
“We’ve now built a decent gap between us and the teams below but we’ve got to keep our foot on the gas so we can look forward and keep pushing up the league.”
Latics are back in National League action this weekend when they make the trip to Aldershot Town (3pm).
David Unsworth’s side have won back-to-back league matches against Dorking Wanderers and York City.
They currently sit 20th in the table – five points above the drop zone despite a difficult start to the campaign.
