Peterborough attacking midfielder Serhat Tasdemir has completed his deadline-day loan move to Latics.
The 20-year-old Blackburn-born attacker has signed a deal until the end of the season.
He said: “I'm here to get some valuable game time and to make an impact when I get the chance.
“I can’t wait to get started this week, work hard for this team and show the supporters what I can do.
"I’m really looking forward to the challenge and opportunity I've been given at Oldham.”
Tasdemir becomes the seventh loan player on Latics’ books with Harry Kewell only able to select five in any match-day squad.
Since arriving from AFC Fylde in the summer of 2019, he has made 20 appearances for Peterborough, just one of those a league start.
His arrival follows the departure of Jordan Barnett who has joined Notts County after his Latics contract expired.
