A doctor who worked in Oldham is facing a medical practitioner tribunal after dozens of claims of sexual harassment and misconduct were lodged against him.
Doctor Daman Sharma operated in Oldham and Liverpool and is alleged to have behaved inappropriately towards eight colleagues and two patients.
The case documents do not give details on when or where Dr Sharma was practicing in Oldham.
The claims were heard during a hearing which started in October and was adjourned on November 22 and allege that the conduct constituted harassment and that they were sexually motivated.
Dr Sharma has already admitted to several claims including asking colleagues and a patient about their relationship status, putting his arms around a colleague and making a sexual innuendo to a colleague regarding a patient.
He is also accused of having accessed the medical records of a colleague despite not having her permission to do so or being her treating clinician.

Claims against Dr Sharma allege he asked colleagues questions about their relationship status and sexual activity, including how active they were and when the last time they had intercourse was as well as inappropriate touching.
Dr Sharma has admitted to putting his arm around a female colleague and it is alleged that this incident also saw Dr Sharma lean the colleague against a cupboard, lick her face from the side of her left cheek to the left side of her mouth and try to put his tongue inside her mouth.
These claims are yet to be proven.
It has also been alleged that Dr Sharma performed an examination on a patient in May 2014 in which he lifted her top and grabbed her breasts.
The claim also accuses him of placing his hand under the patient's clothing and touching her genitals.

The patient was a minor when these incidents are alleged to have occurred and suffered a mental health condition, which made her vulnerable.
Another claim against the doctor alleges that while examining another patient, who was also a minor, he asked for her telephone number and about her relationship status, including if she had a boyfriend and if she wanted one as well as how many people she had had sex with and where.
The claim also states that he did not make an adequate record of the consultation and that the patient was vulnerable due to her age.
Another claim has alleged that he accessed a colleague's medical records despite not having her permission or being her treating clinician and then convinced her to undergo an eye test with him.

It is then alleged that during the test he told her to 'come over and give [him] a kiss' and that no one would see if she did, before asking her if he could touch her breast and nipple and telling her he 'felt like a blow job' and touched her knee rubbing towards her upper thigh.
Dr Sharma has admitted to telling police during an interview that a hospital he was working at had cleared him of allegations made against him by colleagues.
It is claimed that Dr Sharma knew this was untrue and that the claims were upheld, but this is yet to be determined though he has admitted that he knew he had been issued a final written warning in relation to the claims.
A hearing into the claims was held from October 1 and adjourned on November 22 and is expected to reconvene on December 19 to hand down the facts decision, a final ruling on the claims.
