Oldham events company 'celebrating hard' after winning award

Introducing Events is an Oldham-based team-building and corporate event management company that says it is passionate about putting an end to tedious events and inspiring more "positive and memorable experiences".

The company specialises in creative team-building activities and professionally-hosted interactive entertainment.

Introducing Events is founded and led by entrepreneur, Simon Howard, who hosts some of the biggest events in the UK and Europe for the events industry as well as local large events such as the NHS Confederation Expo in Manchester this year.

Simon also turned on the Bradford Christmas lights in 2021 with Tinchy Stryder and was a finalist for 'Entrepreneur of the Year' in the Manchester Young Talent Awards.

Now, his company has been awarded 'Team Building Company of the Year' at the Famtastic Awards 2024.

Famtastic describes itself as the 'definitive industry guide for event professionals and fabulous networking lunches'.

Its awards are judged by industry professionals with years of experience against a range of criteria in categories from 'venue of the year' to 'hotel brand of the year' and 'boardroom of the year'.

Introducing Events fought off fierce competition from companies that have been in the industry for decades to take the top spot.

Reacting to the news, Simon said: "We're so proud of the team, working hard to deliver fun, interactive and useful team-building experiences.

"We'll be celebrating hard, before the stream of Christmas party entertainment begins later in November and early December."
