The search to trace two men following the theft of a classic car in Wales which appeared on BBC's Crimewatch has hit the north of England as officers believe the pair could be in Oldham.

Gwent Police in Wales are investigating reports a silver Ford Sierra Cosworth classic car was stolen from an address near Newport.

The theft took place when two men arranged to view the car on Friday, April 12 this year, after seeing it advertised for sale on a social media group.
