Oldham's techno and house fans are in for a treat as an underground club is set to host a unique club night that is reminiscent of 'the old days of no nonsense'.
Set inside the underground Area 25, The Base, club on Shaw Road, a new house night is promising to kickstart a new era for tech and house clubbers in the borough.
Revert is a new and exclusive house night that has been started by three friends and Oldhamers - Liam Deakin, Danny Kay and Joe Johnson.

The trio came up with the idea after they became "disillusioned" with the nights on offer in their hometown, saying they have long been forced to travel far and wide across the country for their fill of house music.
The DJs said Oldham is home to many mostly retro-style house nights and they wanted to inspire something new, interesting and exciting for like-minded house music lovers in the borough.
They said the clubbing scene in the UK sees a "huge emphasis on big, outdoor festival-type events", which they hope to step away from as they 'revert' back to small, underground nightclubs to play contemporary house music in an intimate venue.
Resident DJ Liam Deakin, who will be playing "the freshest underground house music out there" on the night, said: "Our brand, Revert, is a throwback to the old days of no nonsense clubbing.
"We don't want to reinvent the wheel, we just want to bring that vibe that was around and just isn't anymore.
"The night will be a sell-out and one not to be missed."
Tickets can be bought via Skiddle here.
The night launches on Saturday, November 9, from 9pm to 3am with a pre-party starting from 7pm at The Bunker, just across the road from the Area 25, with DJs Chad Taylor, Ben Jammin Brown and Dudley.
Tickets are available from £10.15 for a group booking of four people, £12.35 for one ticket to Revert or £14.55 for Revert and the pre-party.
