Oldham residents are being invited to share their thoughts on how NHS services run in their communities by signing up to a programme.
NHS Greater Manchester said it wants to hear from people living and working in the borough about their experiences with local healthcare services, giving Oldhamers an opportunity to share what they feel is working well and what improvements can be made.
Residents who want to share their thoughts are urged to sign up to the Fit for the Future programme on NHS Greater Manchester's website.

Every day, thousands of people in Greater Manchester receive care from NHS Greater Manchester's health and care professionals, however, as waiting lists grow, many residents may struggle to access some services or navigate available support.
As part of the Fit for the Future engagement programme, residents will be able to voice their thoughts on the issues NHS faces today by telling NHS Greater Manchester what is important to them and what they think should be prioritised, what can be improved and where to efficiently save money, and what things should be considered when making decisions about local services.

Cllr Barbara Brownridge, Cabinet Member for Adults, Health and Wellbeing, said: “This is an opportunity for us to hear from our residents about what matters most to them. There are lots of ways residents can get involved and it is quick and easy to sign up on the NHS Greater Manchester’s website.
“I am passionate about improving the services in Oldham for residents to receive the best possible care, as well as putting services and plans in place to prevent ill health in future”.
