A man who committed three sexual assaults - two in a pub and one in a hospital - has avoided jail.
Mohammed Hussain, of Ridley Street, Oldham, appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 18, having previously pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault.
The 33-year-old committed all three sexual assaults on January 8, 2022 on two different women.

Hussain assaulted both women at a pub in Rochdale town centre, touching one on her inner thigh and one on her backside without consent.
He assaulted one of the women at Fairfield Hospital in Bury by again touching her without consent.
Hussain was handed a community order, requiring him to undergo a period of alcohol treatment for nine months and to attend 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

He must also carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and must register with the police for five years.
Hussain was also ordered to pay both women £200 in compensation and was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.
