The search for a missing man who is believed to have entered the water at Dovestone Reservoir has continued overnight.
Emergency services remain at the scene this morning (Monday, October 21) as the search for a missing man enters its second day.
They were called to the popular beauty spot after reports that two people had entered the water yesterday.

Greater Manchester Police said the emergency crews were able to locate and rescue a woman, who they said was being treated by paramedics at the time.
Police said in a post to social media last night, at around 7.30pm, that they would continue their search overnight.
They said: "Underwater teams will continue to search Dovestone Reservoir overnight.
"The scene will be in place and people are reminded to stay away from the search area.
"We are not stopping our search and are doing everything we can to locate the missing man."

This morning, GMP provided an update saying that the woman had not sustained any serious injury.
Police also clarified that there had been no update on the search and they were still looking to locate the man.
The search operation involves firefighters, the Coastguard and Mountain Rescue.

Footage shared on social media showed helicopters flying in the area as well.
A statement released yesterday afternoon from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “At shortly before 2.30pm today (Sunday 20 October) fire crews were called to Dove Stone Reservoir in Oldham following reports of a person in the water.
“Three fire engines from Mossley, Stalybridge, and Eccles along with the Water Incident Unit from Leigh quickly attended the scene.
“Crews are working alongside emergency service colleagues and remain in attendance.”
North West Ambulance Service, North West Air Ambulance Service and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service have all been contacted for comment.
