A man who was arrested on suspicion of murder following an "altercation" at a property in Oldham last week has been bailed.
On Thursday (October 10), police were called to an address on Counthill Road, near Moorside, during the early hours following reports of an altercation.
When they arrived, a 61-year-old man was found dead at the property.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and police have now confirmed that he has been released on bail while an investigation into the incident continues.
Police were called to Counthill Road at around 1.20am on Thursday and remained at the scene for much of the day as enquiries were carried out.
No details have been released regarding the identity of the deceased man or the nature of the incident.
