Film crews turned up in Oldham this week as the town centre's main nightclub was taken over by film crews.

The shoot is understood to be taking place for new vampire hunter TV show The Talamasca, for American channel AMC.

The series follows the secret society which is responsible for tracking and containing witches, vampires, werewolves and other creatures scattered around the globe.

She recruits leading character Guy Anatole, played by Aussie actor Nicholas Denton who is best known for his role in the 2022 series Dangerous Liaisons.
