Oldham Athletic is giving away 1,500 free tickets to teachers and educators for the side's home fixture on Saturday (October 5) to celebrate National Teachers’ Day.
The club said it is looking to celebrate the hard work and dedication of teachers across the borough.

Before the match, which will kick off at 3pm, a networking event for up to 40 senior leaders in education will be hosted, which will offer a chance to share ideas, build connections, and strengthen the relationships between education and the club.
Fans of the club and schools will also be given the chance to nominate a Teacher of the Year, with the winner rewarded with a signed Oldham Athletic shirt, presented to them by the Latics' players and management team.
