Concerned customers in Oldham who have paid hundreds for home improvements claim the company has 'vanished' while the depot appears 'trashed'.
Gavin Hughes uPVC and Glazing Specialists LTD on Morton Street, Failsworth, has been operating for more than 10 years in the borough.
The company describes itself as a "small" FENSA-registered business with "top-spec" products and NVQ-qualified window and door fitters.

The installation company says it can provide all window fittings works, from full house replacements to one window, as well as a "spruce up service" covering resealing, faulty/broken handles and misted glass as well as conservatory works, porches and gutters.
On Checkatrade, Gavin Hughes says customers are protected by a 10-year guarantee, and adds if it ceases to trade, they are "covered by an insurance government-backed scheme".
However, dozens of unhappy customers say the company has mysteriously vanished - with some hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
They claim they are unable to contact the company and that their calls and texts have gone "ignored" for months.
To add to the confusion, the company's depot appears to have been trashed as windows and doors have been stacked, smashed and broken up in the yard.
When contacted by The Oldham Times, an automated response from Gavin Hughes uPVC said its office is "temporarily closed".
Records on companies house state the company changed address from Turf Lane in Chadderton to Morton Street in Failsworth as of March last year.
Then as of May this year, the address changed again to New Road in Radcliffe.
The status of the company is still listed as "active".
