Police said two men were stabbed in "an altercation" at a premises in Ashton-under-Lyne.
The incident was outside the premises on Market Avenue on the evening of September 6.
Police said two men were stabbed in "an altercation" although their injuries were not thought to be life-changing or life-threatening. There was a third man with injuries although his injuries were thought to be "minor".
They arrested three men aged 26, 32 and 40 on suspicion of assault and violent disorder.
Detective Chief Inspector Abdul Kahar, of GMP Tameside, said: "These incidents cause concern in the community but I want to reassure people we believe it is an isolated incident with no wider threat to the community.
"While we have three people under arrest we are working out the exact sequence of events. I am asking anyone with any information to come forward."
