An Oldham woman has been banned from keeping dogs for a decade after a pit bull belonging to her injured a woman.
Hannah Valentine, of Elizabeth Avenue, Chadderton, appeared at Minshull Street Crown Court on Thursday (September 5) after previously pleading guilty to owning a dog dangerously out of control which caused injury.
The court heard that on March 11, Valentine's pit bull was loose and out of control when it injured the woman on Elizabeth Avenue.
Valentine, 30, pleaded guilty to the offence at Tameside Magistrates' Court last month before her sentencing last week.
