Crompton House High School is celebrating its students' success on GCSE results day 2024.
The school has seen 'strong passes' in more than half the students' key subjects of maths and English.
There were 17 per cent of students who achieved grades of 7-9 and 76 per cent of all grades at the school were 4-9.
Crompton House had also entered more than 60 per cent of the year group for the English Baccalaureate.
Top grades were achieved by Katie Barnett and Katie Elphick, who both achieved eight grade 9s and two grade 8s.
Katie Barnett said: "I'm really excited and so happy.
"I'm most proud of maths, because even though it's one of my lowest grades, I wasn't expecting to do so well in it."
She will be staying at Crompton House for sixth form, where she will study history, English literature and biology.
Katie Elphick was the joint top achiever with Katie Barnett and is also remaining at Crompton House.
She said she is 'very excited' with her grades and is looking forward to starting sixth form.
The school said that many of their Year 11s will be staying to study their A-levels at their sixth form and they are 'looking forward to welcoming them back in September'.
Susanna Hegarty, head of school, said: "Today, we have celebrated the incredible achievements of our GCSE students, whose hard work and determination have truly shone through.
"Each grade represents not just academic success, but also perseverance and resilience.
"We are immensely proud of all our students, and we know that they will carry the values and lessons learned here into the bright futures that await them."
Karl Newell, chief executive officer of Crompton House Multi Academy Trust, added: "As our Year 11 students move forward in their academic journey, we offer them our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes.
"Whether they choose to continue their education in Crompton House School Sixth Form or explore new horizons elsewhere, we are confident that they will carry with them the skills, knowledge, and resilience that will empower them to thrive in whatever path they choose.
"We look forward to witnessing the continued growth and accomplishments of our students as they embark on the next chapter of their lives."
