Concerning footage seems to show three 'very young boys' meeting at a petrol station in Rochdale 'to smoke' in the early hours.
CCTV footage, which has been circulated widely on social media, appears to show the youngsters smoking cigarettes and riding around on scooters at the Dean Service Station on Oldham Road.
The footage reveals the boys were at the service station on Saturday, August 10, at 3.28am.

While the shutters of the service station show it was closed, one boy with dark hair sat on top of a display stand while he smoked.
Another boy with blonde hair was then seen stopping to light a cigarette as he chatted with his friend.
A third boy with dark hair was riding a scooter around in circles before he stopped to share the cigarette with the blonde-haired boy.
The footage then appears to show the boy throwing the cigarette on the ground.
The petrol station claims the boys come to the site "every night, in the early hours to smoke in a very high-risk area".
In a public notice shared across Oldham, Rochdale and Middleton, the business said it is asking members of the public for their support in finding the parents or contact details of the trio.
The service station added: "Not only are they endangering their own lives, but also neighbouring residents."
The footage has sparked concern on social media who said the boys look around 12 or 13 years old and queried why they were out on the streets at 3am.
Adriana Szentkiralyiova wrote: "What on earth, don't they know if a fire will occur near a petrol station, a big fire and explosion will happen."
Another agreed, writing: "Wow, that's so dangerous."
Moner Ahalbanan also wrote: "Police need to do something about it - before they set a building on fire."
