The most significant damage Nield caused was to a car, when he damaged the windows and roof of the car belonging to a man, with the total amount of damage valued at £2,200.

He was arrested and the following day he pleaded guilty, where the court heard Nield was making threats of violence to go along with the violent acts, that some of the offences were domestic violence related and that he had recently been issued a community order.

Nield was handed a prison sentence of 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months.

He was also handed a restraining order, prohibiting him from contacting the woman he knew or from entering her address for a period of 18 months.

Nield was also made to pay £500 in compensation to the man whose car he damaged and £150 to the woman who he is now prohibited from contacting.
