Upstairs, there are four bedrooms in each property, all with carpeted floors, two which look out to the garden and two which look out the front of the property.

Sat in the north of Shaw, the homes are based near Crompton Moor but are still walking distance from the town centre.

According to estate agents Alistair Stevens, who are selling the properties, they are made of "high quality construction" and have energy efficient central heating and double glazed windows.

Reservations are being taken to view the properties, with the first home with the garage being listed for £495,000 while the second home is on sale for £485,000.
