Oldham's popular Summer Beach is returning to Alexandra Park, promising to be even larger and more bustling than in previous years.
This British beach-themed event opened on July 27 and runs daily until September 1.
Offering a man-made beach, the event also features children's rides, and inflatables, including a mammoth 400ft long assault course, various beach games, food stalls, and daily entertainment sessions.
Regular themed parties devised for kids will be on with themes ranging from princesses, Barbie, to pirates.
A range of food stalls and a picnic area await for nourishment and relaxation in between activities.
A minimal fee of £1 grants entrance, though the event also provides the option for an 'ultimate bounce wristband'.
This wristband, priced at £11.99, allows unlimited access to inflatables from 12pm until 5pm, free entrance, and can be purchased in advance.
Though payments can be made on the day, it is advised to purchase tickets early, as previous iterations of this event have sold out.
Event organiser, Kris Longshaw, said: "We’ve ensured that the beach is suitable for people of all ages, particularly for those aged between two and 12."
The beach opens at 12pm each day and runs through to 7pm.
Mr Longshaw added: "This year we’ve added in the monster assault course which, at more than 400ft long, should be a real fun attraction for everyone.
"It’s going to be an amazing summer activity and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the event."
