Manchester Comic Con will return this weekend (July 27 & 28) with stars from Dr Who and The Walking Dead among the special guests.
The annual event will span over Saturday and Sunday and will feature everything from guest appearances to cosplay masquerades, celebrating all things pop culture.
Held at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Stretford, guests on the sheet include Arthur Darvill, best known for playing Rory Williams in Dr Who, Lennie James, best known for playing Morgan Jones in The Walking Dead, as well as Amy Acker who appeared in Joss Whedon shows Angel and Dollhouse.
Manchester Comic Con will also be holding their usual cosplay contest giving fans the opportunity to showcase their cosplay skills and creative ideas.
The event has been attended by famous stars year on year with previous guests including Anthony Mackie, Seth Green, Zachary Levi, Antony Starr and Tyler Hoechlin.
Many of the guests will be included in meet and greets, panels and autograph sessions throughout the weekend.

Saturday will see Q&A panels from cast members from Star Wars, Top Gun, Cosplay Championship, Pearl Mackie, Amy Acker and the first of two The Walking Dead panels.
Sunday then will welcome cast and crew members from Baldurs Gate three, Brian Blessed, Cosplay Masquerade, Arthur Darvill, Paul Lieberstein, Terminator 2 and the second The Walking Dead panel.
Guests can also make use of a gaming zone where they can play the latest video games, board games and tabletop RPGs.
They can also explore Artist Alley where talented artists showcase their work and have unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for sale.
The event will also host interactive workshops led by industry professionals covering topics such as cosplay crafting, comic book writing and special effects makeup.
Food and drink options will be available at the site throughout the day and the event will not permit any food and drink into the venue.
