Oldham's most and least expensive streets over the past five years have been unveiled.
Ripponden Road, Langton Close and Moordale Avenue are home to the highest valued properties in the area, according to data from sales company, Property Solvers.
Drake Close, Mansfield Road, and Union Street house some of the cheapest properties.
Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from the HM Land Registry since 2019 to identify the highest and lowest-priced homes across Oldham.
Three properties on Ripponden Road sold for an average of £461,388, while Langton Close and Moordale Avenue saw three and five properties respectively, sell for averages of £395,000 and £394,990.
On Drake Close, three properties sold for an average of £46,665, while on Mansfield Road three properties went for an average of £48,333.
Union Street saw five properties sell for an average of £49,199.
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Hilltop (OL4) sold for £845,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £30,000 and under on Drake Close (OL1), Horsedge Street (OL1) and Poppy Road (OL1).”
