Prices have been unveiled for Chadderton's most and least expensive streets in the last five years.
Healds Green, Alligin Close, and Hunt Lane record some of the highest-valued homes in the area, over the last five years according to Property Solvers.
Healds Green (OL1) recorded six properties selling for an average of £449,779.
Alligin Close (OL9) saw three properties sell for an average of £441,666, while Hunt Lane (OL9) had 10 properties sell for an average price of £441,445.
The most affordable streets were Stockfield Mount, Westfield Street and Burnley Lane.
Stockfield Mount (OL9), Chadderton's cheapest street, recorded four properties selling at an average of £45,125.
In Westfield Street (OL9), three properties sold with an average price of £71,666 while homes in Burnley Lane (OL1) sold for an average of £77,333.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam, said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Healds Green (OL1) sold for £1,148,175 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £37,000 and under on Stockfield Mount (OL9), Eustace Street (OL9) and Canal Street (OL9)."
