A pub in Oldham town centre which closed earlier this year is now up for sale with a guideline price of up to £750,000.
The Buck and Union public house on Union Street closed its doors in February this year, citing issues from the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis such as soaring prices, bills and rent.
The former bosses of the pub said they "kept going as long as we could" before reaching the "awful decision" to close its doors permanently.

Now, the popular alehouse is being advertised for sale between £650,000 to £750,000 by Kingsland Estates Oldham as a "fantastic investment opportunity".
According to the listing, the three-storey premises has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, a private car park and is a licenced building with "huge potential to increase value".
The property advisers say the site could be transformed, subject to planning permission from the council, into a catering space on the ground floor and conversion of the first and second floors into five self-contained, one-bedroom flats.
Kingsland Estates claim changing the use to a catering space on the ground floor "would be highly popular given the busy footfall and booming business atmosphere this area of Oldham sees daily".
The listing adds: "Thanks to the fantastic positioning of the property it benefits from being a stones throw away from the main epicentre of Oldham and is surrounded by many transport links, such as the tram stop which is on the doorstep of the property.
"This area of Oldham has a huge demand for both Residential and Commercial Properties and as such makes this property a fantastic income earner for and investor looking for a property with great earning potential."
