A man has been detained and weapons and drugs have been seized at an address in Oldham.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) shared on their Oldham social media pages today (Friday, July 19) that following a report of a burglary on Peel Street, Chadderton, response officers were called in.
Officers carried out arrest attempts and said one suspect was detained.

A house search was carried out and the following items were seized
1.Cannabis
2.Large kitchen knife

A search was carried out at a house and police seized cannabis, a large kitchen knife and two large swords.
GMP did not share where the raid was carried out or on what date it took place.
