An Oldham pub is set to reopen under a new management team who are "excited" to begin a "new experience".
Jo Christie and her partner, Danny Lea, are both from Leeds and have plenty of experience of working in bars.
Their latest challenge is managing The Famous King George pub on Hollins Road, which they are hoping to bring a new energy and atmosphere to.
Jo, 39, said: "Danny has run some pubs and I've always worked behind the bar.
"It's a new experience for us in a new area, nobody knows us.
"We're well excited, we're looking forward to meeting the customers and getting to know the area and people."
Jo and Danny, 40, will be managing the pub, which has been closed for around six weeks, while Lisa Scholes and Amie Sloan are the two new owners.

The pub will reopen with a night of normal service on Friday, June 14, before it celebrates the grand reopening the following day on Saturday, June 15.
As part of the celebration, there will be karaoke and a DJ playing from 7.30pm until late.
The pub will be open from 12pm each day, with pints served for as cheap as £3, and can be found on Facebook here.
The pub is open to families, as well as dogs, and will be serving up pizzas from its brand new pizza oven, part of a brand new kitchen.
Every game of the European Championships this summer will also be shown.
Jo said: "We've got a brand new kitchen and the rest of the pub is more or less the same, we've some improvements here and there."
