Dozens of businesses have been put up for sale in Oldham, many of which are much loved by residents who may be sad to see them go.
The Oldham Times has compiled a list of some of these, with two cafes, a chippy, a company listed for a staggering £1m, and a much-loved newsagents.
First up is Brobbins Crispy Cod English Fish & Chips, which has been listed on Zoopla for £64,995 as its owner prepares for retirement.
The Failsworth chippy has wowed customers over the 18 years it has been trading, with many travelling from miles away.
Next up is Kilroy's Kitchen, on Hollins Road, which has been listed on BusinessesForSale for just £22,000.
Customers of the popular cafe say it serves the "best breakfast" in Oldham.
RMC Gas, a nationwide gas installation company located on Hamilton Street, is the Oldham business up for sale on Zoopla for a whopping £1m.
The penultimate business on the list is the popular Bui News, which Chadderton residents will be aware of with it trading for 21 years.
The company has been placed on the market by agents at Sovereign Business Transfer for £245,950.
The owner Minh Bui told The Oldham Times that he is selling as he prepares to retire and the Whitegate Lane business comes as a package with the four bedroom property - where he and his family live upstairs.
According to BusinessesForSale the store has a turnover of £234,000 a year.
Last but not least, Chadderton's Baytree Flowers & Coffeehouse makes up the list, and is hoping to fetch £219,950 from potential investors - which owner Emma Chadwick explained the price reflects the building, as well as the coffee shop and florist.
In the eight years that Baytree Flowers and Coffeehouse has traded, Oldhamers have grown to love the brand.
However, last summer the 42-year-old made the difficult decision to list her Middleton Road store on the market with BusinessesForSale due to an ongoing battle with a chronic disease.
Despite the businesses opening hours changing to suit Emma's health, it has an annual turnover of £73,406.
