An Oldham store has gone up for sale as its owner plans her 'early retirement'.
Four Seasons Florist, in Watersheddings, has been listed on the market for a leasehold price of £25,000 by agents at AJF Commercial Business Sales.
It comes as its current owner reportedly has planned her retirement after more than two decades at the Ripponden Road shop.
The listing, on Daltons Business website, reads: "The business has been carefully and passionately run by our client for over 20 years, and over this time has gained an enviable reputation in providing high quality floral arrangements for all occasions, giving a personal touch with outstanding customer service.
"The business provides a range of beautiful bouquets, wedding services, funeral tributes, floral arrangements, indoor and outdoor plants, cards for all occasions and balloons and banners.
"The business also has a good range of gifts, some of which include: soft toys, glassware, jewellery, candles, photo frames, ceramics and much more."
They continued: "Our client has an active online ordering website boosting the excellent turnover and advertises on social media, with excellent reviews online.
"The business has been tastefully decorated throughout with beautiful eye-catching display areas and is in ‘walk in start trading’ condition which is a credit to our client.
"This extremely busy florist sees a high volume of footfall from the vast number of businesses and residents close by. The business is a member of Direct2Florist and caters for all floral delivery, locally, nationally and worldwide."
While the stock is not included in the sale, one thing that is is its excellent reputation.
Taking to Google to review the business, Neil Gibson, who has been dubbed a 'local guide' by the search engine with 162 reviews, said: "Ordered flowers online today and they were delivered super fast. Excellent value for money.
"The flowers delivered were much more and a much bigger bunch than I expected.
"The wife is over the moon with them - definitely got me a few brownie points."
Mr Gibson continued: "Highly recommend ordering flowers from Four Seasons to everyone.
"I for one will be ordering again. Thank you."
While Roselle Roberts also left a review on Google. It read: "Thank you Four Seasons for my beautiful flowers from my husband for my birthday and anniversary. They are stunning and as fresh as the day they arrived - eight days ago."
