A search has been launched to find the family members of a man from Middleton who has died in hospital.
Geoffrey Edwards died at North Manchester General Hospital, Greater Manchester Police has said.
The authorities say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the 79-year-old's death.

Police are keen to get in touch with Geoffrey's next of kin or any other family members.
In a post on social media, Middleton Police issued an appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
Officers are urging anyone with information to contact the Police Coroner's Office by calling 0161 856 2334.
