Retirees in Failsworth are being offered the chance to have a "sneak peek" of what will become a thriving retirement community.
The Sydney Grange development on Ashton Road West will be exclusive to the over 60s when it is completed in summer this year.
Developer and manager of the retirement community, McCarthy Stone, has now created a series of virtual tours to showcase the homes - and what it describes as its "stylish interiors" and the little details "unique to the McCarthy Stone lifestyle".

The virtual tours, which are available on the McCarthy Stone website, allow prospective buyers to take a tour around each of the apartment types, with the ability to look into each individual rooms, plus the communal lounge to get a sense of the space available for spending time with friends and new neighbours.
The development will offer a range of 51 cost-effective and low-maintenance retirement apartments, along with communal facilities designed to create a unique brand of retirement living in the local area with independence and community at its heart.
It is hoped the community project will help occupiers gain new friendships, relax, and enjoy its selection of stylish, well-maintained communal spaces, including a spacious lounge and landscaped gardens.
For peace of mind, a house manager will be on-site during office hours to ensure everything runs smoothly, plus apartments include a 24/7 emergency call system, intruder alarms, fire detection and a door camera entry system as standard.
These retirement properties will be exclusively available through the McCarthy Stone’s shared ownership scheme in partnership with Homes England, which offers a helping hand by reducing the upfront cost of a new retirement home by providing a choice of ownerships up to 75 per cent.
Declan Fishwick, business development Manager at McCarthy Stone, said: “We are excited to share that apartments at Sydney Grange will soon be released for off-plan sales increasing the choice of more affordable retirement housing in Failsworth.
"These virtual tours aim to give homebuyers an early view of what to expect from a McCarthy Stone development.
“Our purpose-built, specialist properties provide the opportunity for people to make the most of their retirement, and to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible, with peace of mind that help is nearby.
"We are expecting high demand, so would urge those interested to visit our website and register their interest as soon as possible.”
