Shocking footage shows the moment a man 'sticks a nail' in a car tyre belonging to a young woman which she fears was a 'targeted' attack.
At around 12.57am on Monday (February 26), CCTV captures a man 'prowling' Huddersfield Road in the Waterhead area of Oldham.
The footage shows the man, dressed all in black with his hood up and with a white/grey beard poking out, was fiddling with a small object in his hand as he walked on the pavement down the street.

The man then suddenly stops by the victim's car to look up and around neighbouring houses.
Moments later, he bends down around the woman's front wheel and can be seen inserting something into the tyre with one hand for around five seconds.
Once finished, he stands up and calmly walks away.
The young woman, who The Oldham Times has not named, only passed her driving test in November last year and forked out for the car herself.
The 20-year-old said: "I noticed (the nail) first, only because I'm very observant around my car since I saved for it literally since I was a teenager.
"Then again, the nail itself isn't hard to notice as it's huge.
"It would’ve made some mad damage, it was much deeper than the tyre itself."
The young woman believes she has been targeted by the man.
She added: "What you don't see in the video is he even steps in the view of the camera and kneels down to see how far the camera could see down the road.
"It definitely feels personal.
"It has been reported to the police and hopefully something comes of it as it could've ended horribly."
When asked how she felt when she saw the footage, the young woman continued: "I was in disbelief, really, and disappointed.
"An old man targeting a clearly young woman's car - it's scary.
"It's gross."
Greater Manchester Police has been approached for comment on the incident.
