A team of nail technicians in Saddleworth are raising a glass after they were crowned an 'expert recommended' top salon in Oldham.
The Nail Lounge in Wellington Road, Greenfield, has been trading for more than a decade in Saddleworth.
The team moved from Uppermill after seven years in business and received the keys to their Greenfield premises just as Covid hit.
However, despite the struggles of re-opening after the pandemic, salon owner, Ruth Travis, said the team has gone "from strength to strength".

Ruth added: "Our loyal customers have supported us and we have gained lots of new clients from the Greenfield area.
"We now have a strong team of 11, including nail technicians, lash technicians and aesthetic practitioners, and we have recently welcomed Sophie at Lola Hairdressing to our ever-growing team."
Now, the team are celebrating after they were crowned a top-rated salon across the whole of the borough by Three Best Rated.
Three Best Rated handpicks the top three local businesses or industry professionals based on reputation, history, complaints, ratings, satisfaction, trust, cost, reviews and excellence.
In addition to The Nail Lounge, Tammy's Nails and Beauty on Hollins Road and Flawless Nails and Beauty on Market Street, Shaw, also received the recognition.
In its verdict, Three Best Rated said The Nail Lounge is a "nail haven", writing that it is "renowned as one of the top nail salons in Oldham" for its extensive services, which include everything from gel polish and acrylic nails to manicures, pedicures and HD brows.
The salon also ensures "top-tier foot care" and promises to use "cutting-edge techniques and premium-quality products".
Hollie, the salon's in-house lash technician, can perform hybrid, Russian and classic lash extensions.
Three Best Rated added: "To top it off, they offer their clients the convenience of a vertical sunbed."
Reacting to the news, Ruth said: "Our team supports each other both personally and professionally every day, and that comes across in our salon atmosphere.
"It's a Nail Lounge family vibe.
"Working in the industry as a nail educator and salon owner in the village I grew up in makes me immensely proud.
"We are so overwhelmed after two hard years coming through the pandemic to be able to win an award like this.
"The top rated in our region award is a reflection on the whole team and it’s amazing to be recognised for all the hard work the girls put in day in, day out."
