A pub in Saddleworth whose young head chef has received a clutch of awards already is celebrating its second Michelin Guide recognition.
The White Hart Inn at Lydgate only recently received two rosettes for its restaurant and two gold stars for its bedrooms in the coveted AA guide in summer.
Head chef, Nathan Sidebottom, who was just 28 when the restaurant received the accolades in June, said he was "extremely proud" of the team.

Mr Sidebottom, who has experience working in the two-Michelin-star restaurant Midsummer House in Cambridge, started his career at The White Hart Inn through an apprenticeship at age 18.
However, his love of cooking dates back to his childhood when he said he used to bake with his grandma and decided he wanted to become a chef from a young age.
Now, the restaurant has been included in this year's Michelin guide for the second year in a row.
The Michelin Guide Ceremony 2024 is the prestigious authority which puts a spotlight on some of the best of the best fine dining experiences in Great Britain and Ireland.
This year, and for its 50th anniversary, the ceremony was held on Monday (February 5) at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
A total of 1,162 restaurants were included in the selection, with one restaurant, The Ledbury being announced as the Guide's ninth Three Star Michelin restaurant.
A further six have been newly awarded Two Michelin Stars and there are 18 new One Star establishments and six with a Michelin Green Star for their commitment to sustainable gastronomy.
While Oldham missed out on bagging any stars this year, an article highlights the top 14 places to eat in Greater Manchester, which includes Saddleworth's The White Hart Inn.
The Michelin's Guide's 'point of view' describes the 18th-century pub on the moor as a "place that constantly evolves".
The guide adds: "It’s usually busy but the staff have everything under control and there are comfy bedrooms for those wishing to stay.
"Dining takes place in the cosy Tap Room or smart brasserie; the appealing menu has a British heart and global influences."
Celebrating the recognition for two years on the trot, bosses at The White Hart in wrote on social media: "We are extremely humbled to be included in the Michelin Guide for another year.
"What a credit to our whole team.
"Well done to everybody."
