A trio of men from Ashton and Hyde have been charged with burglary after they were discovered 'stuck' on the roof of a tea shop they had allegedly gained access to.
At around 8.45pm on Sunday (January 28), emergency services were called out to a 'rescue mission' after receiving reports that three men were stuck on a roof on Market Avenue in Ashton-under-Lyne.
It is believed the suspected burglars gained access to Cameron's Tea and Coffee Shop.

Police then "cornered" the men, who were "running across the roofs".
During the pursuit, one man even fell and broke his elbow and ankle, according to the fire service.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed officers arrested three men at the scene on suspicion of attempted burglary.
Now, the trio have been charged in connection with the incident.
Macauley Dodd, of Mount Street in Hyde, has been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal.
The 25-year-old has also been charged with possession of a Class B drug.
Curtis Gilmore, 26, of Mossley Road in Ashton-under-Lyne and Mason Albert Billington, 25, of Knowle Avenue have also both been charged with burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal.
The trio, Dodd, Glimore and Billington, have been remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Tuesday, January 30).
