The listing on Rightmove details the block could contain up to 72 bedrooms as it has scope for 16 two-bedroom flats and 20 one-bedroom flats in the development.
The property is up for sale for £1,250,000 and is being advertised by Allsop, the leading property auctioneer in the UK.
Photographs of the apartment block show some flats have some kitchen units installed already as well as electricity power sockets and doors.
Some rooms have also been painted white.
The communal stairwell in the building is also lit up by a large glass window.
However, it is clear the property is still in need of development and construction work will be necessary to make the building habitable.
According to the listing, key features of Brunswick House include its location being close to shops and amenities, Alexandra Park, the M62, and both rail and Metrolink tram services.
Oldham Mumps station, Westwood tram stop and Derker tram stop are between half a mile and a mile away from the block.
