The site of a once popular restaurant in Oldham town centre is now available for a new business to rent the premises.
The unit which contained Istanbul Restaurant on Yorkshire Street has been vacant for some time though was occupied by another company, Sofa Boys, earlier this year.
Now the empty building is available to rent in part or in full between £1,000 to £8,000 per month, depending on the size of the space rented.

Featured on the property advertising website, Rightmove, the listing describes the premises as sitting in a "busy location" and in a "prominent corner" position.
It also reveals the space had been fully refurbished to a "very high standard" and comes with a large car park at the back.
The two-storey building has five double shutters on the ground floor retail units and is largely open plan inside with a new bar area.
It has a glazed shop frontage as well as a new electrical supply, suspended ceiling and new tiled floor with toilet facilities for guests.
Photographs inside the vacant restaurant reveal a spacious central room with decorative pillars, glass windows and multi-level platforms.
While all the furniture of the restaurant has been removed, a photograph shows it could once host dozens of guests at a time on the large floor space.
The full listing can be viewed on Rightmove.
The building is available from 1,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet for renters and could be used for various uses, subject to planning.
The first floor is available separately to rent for an office or residential use, depending on planning permission.
However, the listing claims the property could be used as either a small or large restaurant and takeaway, a retail shop, a marriage hall or a showroom.
