The site where a former mill in Werneth once stood has gone up for sale for £12m and comes with scope to build more than 200 homes and a retail centre.
The chimney of the historic Hartford Mill was the last piece to come tumbling down in a controlled explosion early last month.
Demolition on the mill, which first opened in 1907, started in 2020 but was stalled due to the pandemic.

The mill had produced cotton until the late 1950s and more recently was the home for Littlewoods until the retailer left in 1991.
When it was left vacant for almost three decades and had become a hotspot for anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping, a decision was made to tear the whole site down.
Now that the mill has been completely bulldozed, it is hoped the brownfield site will be bought and developed into a mix of residential homes and commercial projects.
The land is currently being advertised on the property website, Rightmove, with a starting price of £12m.
The listing describes the site as an "extremely rare opportunity" for a prospective buyer to transform the 185,130 square feet site into a residential and commercial project in the "heart of Oldham".
It also reveals the current landowners have researched the planning potential of the area and already have a detailed proposal ready to be submitted for a total of 249 units.
This includes 156 apartments, 93 houses and a 1625 metre squared retail and community centre.
