An Oldham pub is back up and running under new leadership, with the new landlady looking to restore pride to the establishment.
The Park Inn, based on Buckstones Road in Shaw, is now being led by Sally-Ann Sharples-Kennedy who is no stranger to working in a pub.
She said: "I've grown up in pubs, my mum and dad ran them.
"I'm big on customer service and I love talking to people - this is something I really wanted to do."
Along with growing up in pubs, Sally-Ann, who hails from Shaw herself, has managed a pub in the past and is "dedicated" to her new role at The Park Inn.

The pub had been on the hunt for new tenants after the previous licensees left a few months ago, and Sally-Ann is looking to bring back excitement among locals.
Along with a quiz night on Thursdays and Wine Wednesday, where customers can buy two large glasses of wine and get the rest of the bottle for free, Sally-Ann said she is looking to bring poker and bingo to customers.
When asked what her biggest priority is, she says "continuity".
Sally-Ann said: "I want to open and close at the correct times, I want to serve food at the correct times.
"Staff told me in the past there would be a sign outside saying food was being served and when customers would come in, there would be a sign on the bar saying the kitchen was closed."
She added that the locals have been very welcoming and that it has been "so nice to see" the pub full of people again.
The kitchen is being headed up by Karen, who Sally-Ann says is "chilled" but "dedicated", adding she serves "amazing" food.
Sally-Ann's first day on the job was Halloween last Tuesday (October 31), which is also her birthday, which led to a "whirlwind" day.
The pub, which Sally-Ann has described as her "baby", welcomes families and dogs and is set to have Christmas decorations set up in the coming weeks.
Sally-Ann said: "This is something that is desperately needed in such a nice area with lovely people."
