Much of Prince Street Car Park in Oldham has been off-limits as filming for Sky series Brassic is understood to be taking place.
A man at the site, next to Oldham Mumps tram stop, said filming for the comedy show is taking place.
It is understood the crew vehicles were due to leave at the end of Monday.
The comedy-drama follows Vinnie O’Neill and friends in the fictional Lancashire town of Hawley.

Earlier this month the British Comedy Guide reported that production is already underway on the sixth series of the show, giving credence to the series filming in the borough.
The new series is expected to air in 2024, with series five currently airing on Sky Max on Thursday nights.
The Sun newspaper has published photos of Radio 2 star Liza Tarbuck joining the cast during filming.
The series has previously filmed in locations across Greater Manchester, including Ashton-under-Lyne and Manchester city centre.
Oldham Council refused a request for comment. Broadcaster Sky and production company Calamity Films both did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The news that the borough will feature in the series comes after it was featured in Disney+’s The Full Monty series.
Royton’s The Greyhound pub and Chadderton’s Colliers Arms both disguised themselves as Sheffield locations for the limited series, which was a sequel to the 1997 film.
The Greyhound pub stood in for the flat of a main character, while the Colliers Arms masqueraded as a Sheffield pub with the same name.
Oldham Council offers film locations on its website, including the Saddleworth moors, town centre, and parts of the Peak District. Filming request forms and requests for road closures can be made in advance of filming.
