Smoke could be seen billowing from the window of a house in Oldham after a fire broke out last night.
At approximately 8pm yesterday (Monday, October 16), emergency services were called to a house fire on Main Road in the Westwood area of Oldham.
Video footage of the incident shows smoke was pouring out of a second-storey window while residents gathered on the street.
A number of fire engines were also seen in the area.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) confirmed two fire crews and engines from Chadderton and Oldham attended the scene.
The spokesperson added: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire on the first floor.
"Crews were in attendance for just under three hours.”
Greater Manchester Police have also been approached for comment.
