A flat above Oldham's new Tim Hortons has gone up for rent for more than £1,000 a month.
The three-bedroom flat sits above the recently opened Canadian fast-food restaurant on Manchester Road.
It features on the property advertising website, Rightmove, which describes the flat as "superb" and in "excellent condition".

Inside the flat, there are two "good-sized" double bedrooms and one single room, plus a living area and a separate kitchen and shower room.
While parking is not allocated for the occupiers of the flat, there are multiple available bays to park in outside the Tim Hortons restaurant.
Rightmove also describes the apartment as "light and spacious" with "lots of natural light throughout" and plenty of "storage nooks".
The news comes as the chain only opened its first restaurant in Oldham in April this year.
The drive-thru restaurant is open from 6am until midnight every day of the week, with dine-in, takeaway and delivery options available for customers.
The apartment is available to rent from August 18 and asks for a deposit of £1,269.
It comes unfurnished and has a 'to let' price of £1,100 per month.
The full listing can be seen on Rightmove.
