A former director of an Oldham bar has been jailed for sexual assault.
Logan Galbraith, 52, of Watson Street, Manchester, was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday, July 4 after being charged with sexual assault.
Galbraith, who is listed on Companies House as a former director and the majority owner of JLR Bar and Restaurant in Royton, was charged with one count of assault by penetration, one count of sexual assault, and one count of attempted rape.
The offences took place four years ago on July 23, 2019, in Manchester.
The 52-year-old, represented by defence barrister Charlotte Rimmer, was jailed for a total of seven years and six months imprisonment for the offences by Recorder Mr Jackson KC.
The prosecutor in the case was Mark Kellet.
