"We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and love throughout this incredible year."
The Mod Cod said its customers are "not just enjoying a scrumptious meal - you're also helping to feed our family at home".
"We've poured our hearts and souls into creating mouthwatering dishes that nourish both body and soul.
"Your patronage has not only allowed us to share our passion for cooking, but it has also helped us provide for our loved ones, ensuring that they are well-fed and cared for.
"We can't express how grateful we are to witness the smiles and satisfied bellies of our customers", it added.
Offering crispy fish and chips, "delectable" burgers and "mouthwatering sides", the owners said they "strive to create an experience" at The Mod Cod.
Extending thanks to the family and team who have been "instrumental in making our chippy a beloved spot in the community", bosses then said they will be marking the milestone with a plethora of deals up for grabs.
There will be promotions and surprises, both in the shop and on The Mod Cod's Facebook page, as well as exclusive discounts, limited-time specials and giveaways "as our way of saying 'thank you' for being a part of our chippy family", they added.
Revealing the first deal available on Thursday, customers can buy two pieces of cod (medium or large) and add two portions of chips for just 20p.
"So here's to one year of friendship, laughter, and delicious food that brings us all together.
"Thank you for being a part of our journey and making our chippy more than just a place to eat- it's a place where memories are created and traditions are celebrated.
"Raise your forks and join us in this joyous celebration", the post added.
