A young girl from Oldham who has been crowned Rose Queen at her local church has gone on to raise thousands for charities close to her heart.
Christina Berry, who comes from the Hollins area of Oldham, has attended St George's Church in Mossley all her life, following in the footsteps of her mother, Wendy Berry, and her sisters.
Since being crowned the church's Rose Queen last year, Christina has settled into her responsibilities with great determination and has fundraised thousands for charity.

At the time of writing, the Bluecoats School pupil has raised almost £3,000 for charities including Epilepsy Action, the Epilepsy Society, Crohn's and Colitis UK, Age UK Oldham, The Royal British Legion poppy appeal and the Stroke Association.
She has also raised money for Diabetes UK in memory of her grandad who sadly passed away in August last year.
Wendy, who was also the church's Rose Queen as a child, said Christina's grandfather "was always our number one supporter".
"Christina is determined to raise as much as she can in his memory.
"We were fortunate that he was well enough to attend Christina's crowning ceremony in June last year.
"She spends many evenings before events labelling items for various tombolas and has gained confidence when delivering her speeches at events.
"We are incredibly proud of how well she has done, especially after losing her granddad last year", the mother added.
The girl's efforts have even seen her awarded a Head Teacher's Award at Easter.
She was chosen as one out of five youngsters from a shortlist of 105 for her incredible fundraising initiatives.
Now, her final fundraiser before she retires from the post in June, when a new Queen is crowned, has been announced.
Christina has decided to raise money for the charity MND after being inspired by Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield.
The youngster is hosting a concert at the church on Saturday (May 20) where attendees can expect a special performance from the Britain's Got Talent winner and English singer, pianist and entertainer, Jon Courtenay.
Then, during May half term, Christina will be completing a six-mile sponsored walk from Starr Gate tram stop in Blackpool to the Norbreck Castle Hotel.
Donations for Christina's walk can be made by visiting the JustGiving link here.
