An Oldham pub has announced it is under new management as it tries out new food items from its updated menu.
The Black Ladd pub on Buckstones Road, Shaw, shared the news about the changes in a post on its Facebook page on Wednesday (May 10).
The post read: "The Black Ladd is under new management.
"All our customers will still receive the same excellent service from our Front of House Staff and fantastic food prepared by our great chefs.
"Our chefs have been working on some new dishes to tempt the taste buds and our new menus are now 'live'."
When contacted by The Oldham Times, a spokeswoman for the pub said that ownership of the pub would remain the same and the moves would not lead to any significant changes, while the change of menu was done in an effort to "give people what they want".
She added that the menu would change again soon for the summer months, with the return of some popular items such as lasagne.
The pub, which is well known for its food challenges, including a 100oz steak challenge and a fry up challenge attempted by YouTubers, said in the Facebook post it is welcoming walk ins and dogs are welcome inside.
