A horrifying 'hit and run' car crash that took place in Oldham this week appears to show the driver and its passengers flee the scene.
On Tuesday (May 2), a crash involving a white Volkswagen and what seems to be a silver Suzuki took place on Vulcan Street in the Derker area of Oldham.
The shocking footage captured on the dashcam of a passing vehicle shows the Volkswagen was travelling along the road when the other car, coming from Waverley Street, crashes into the driver's side.

The impact saw the silver car spin out and, within seconds, three passengers and the driver jump out of the wreck.
Smoke can be seen billowing from the car while it is alleged the driver ran off in the supposed 'hit and run'.
Shoppers can also be seen rushing out of the S&S Convenience Store.
Photographs in the aftermath of the crash reveal the Volkswagen's driver side was severely damaged.
However, the silver car was significantly impacted by the crash with the front of the vehicle appearing completely destroyed.
The registration plate is no longer visible and it appears the car was left in the road with all of its doors wide open.
Greater Manchester Police has been approached for comment about the incident.
