A man was rescued after suffering a seizure while out walking at a Saddleworth beauty spot.
On Thursday, (April 27), Oldham Mountain Rescue Team were contacted with an "urgent request" from the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) for assistance with the treatment and evacuation of a man.
The man was reported to be having a seizure whilst out walking in the Chew Valley area of Dovestones.

In a post online, Oldham Mountain Rescue Team said it was able to transport the patient to NWAS paramedics in the location so that they could give him medical aid.
The casualty was then transferred to the ambulance before being taken to hospital for further assessment.
The rescue mission involved 15 Oldham Mountain Rescue personnel and took one hour.
